More than fifteen years of experience in fine catering and decoration transforms Dee's dishes into genuine and delicious works of art. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Dee acquired a real fascination for cooking from the time she was a small girl. Her learned her first recipes from her grandmother, and eventually went on to complete extensive classes and training at several highly-acclaimed Brazilian culinary institutions. Parallel to that, she refined her drawing, painting and decorative skills and discovered yet another talent at her hands. She opened her first catering business in 1989, and utilizing her artistic talents and culinary expertise, she soon became widely recognized in both America and Brazil for her excellence, creativity and originality.
